If you are a contractor or sub-contractor to the U.S. government, this course will help you understand the employment laws and regulations with which your organization must comply. Non-compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action (EEO/AA) requirements can result in fines, suspension and even cancellation of valuable government contracts. This course uses case studies and short quizzes to deliver complex information in a practical, easy to follow manner. You will learn how to ensure that your organization meets the EEO/AA requirements in terms of hiring and promotion, pay equity and termination, as well as how to recognize the signs that your practises may be in need of review.
This 50-minute video walks you through the EEO/AA requirements, as well as how to spot and correct employment deficiencies in your organization. The course is followed by a test of the materials and a Certificate of Completion.
